Nevskaya Pipeline Company LLC is a Pipeline Transportation Company and terminal Operator located in Ust-Luga Port, Russia.

"Nevskaya pipeline company" (NTK or NOPC) was constructed in the port of Ust-Luga oil terminal with a capacity of 30 million tonnes per year. It is the end point of the second turn of the Baltic pipeline system (BPS-2).

The cargo turnover of Baltic ports of Russia in January-November 2015 has increased by 1.9% compared to the same period in 2014 to 210,75 million tons. By the end of 2014, Russia seaports handled 623,4 million tons of cargo. Cargo handling sea ports of the Baltic sea basin of Russia for the year amounted to 223.5 million tonnes, dry cargo - to 89.8 million tons, liquid bulk - 133,6 million tons.
